Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (LöSi Getriebe-Steuerungen-Hydraulik GmbH, Merkurstraße 52, 67663 Kaiserslautern, shop@loesi.de, Phone: +49 631 351240, Fax: +49 631 35124 44) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this, but it is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs — with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us — without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back and inspected them.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen day period.

Returns in case of cancellation due to dissatisfaction or wrong order

If the revocation is made for reasons for which we are not responsible, in particular because you are not satisfied or because the goods were ordered incorrectly or erroneously by the customer, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You can return the goods to us at your own expense using a shipping service provider of your choice. Please pack the goods safely for transport and keep the proof of posting until the return shipment has been processed.
Alternatively, you can instruct us to pick up the goods. This pick-up is subject to a fee and will only take place after prior consultation and your express confirmation. The cost of collection will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Returns in the event of incorrect delivery, damaged goods or a reason for which we are responsible

If you have received the wrong goods, if the goods were delivered damaged or if there is another reason for the return for which we are responsible, we will bear the costs of the return. In these cases, we will arrange for the collection of the goods at our expense or provide you with a free return option.
In such a case, please contact us before returning so that we can arrange the collection or free return.
Your statutory rights, in particular your warranty rights in the event of defective goods, remain unaffected by this.

Compensation

They only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling of them that is not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of revocation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
