§1 General
Your personal data (e.g. title, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank details, credit card number) will only be processed by us in accordance with the provisions of German data protection law and the data protection law of the European Union (EU). The following regulations contain information about processing purposes, recipients, legal bases, storage periods and also about your rights and responsible persons for your rights and responsible persons for your data processing. § 2 Data processing for contract performance

We keep the data required by commercial and tax law for the periods determined by law, regulary ten years (see §257 GAAP §147 German Tax Code).
 
The data processed for the execution of pre-contractual measures will be deleted as soon as the measures have been carried out and the contract cannot be concluded.
